Michele brings over three decades of invaluable experience in the title insurance, real estate, and mortgage industries, where she has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and expertise.  With a passion for leadership and a keen eye for innovation, Michele has consistently demonstrated her ability to excel in various capacities.

Prior to joining H&H Settlement Services, Michele served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 1031 CORP., spearheading initiatives to foster growth, enhance financial strength, and optimize operational efficiency. As Regional VP of National Markets Operations and Market Development at Investors Title Insurance Co., Michele served as a strategic business partner, leveraging her expertise to drive profits, evaluate new growth outlets, and support agency partners in maximizing their growth and profitability. For more than 23 years, Michele dedicated her expertise to Title Alliance Ltd. As Executive Area Director, she oversaw the financial performance of 29 affiliated agencies across five states. Her multifaceted role encompassed strategic business oversight, cultivating collaborative partnerships with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization.

As a proud TARHEEL graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Michele resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband.  Together, they cherish the accomplishments of their three young adult children.
